We love to hear from you, but before you send us an email . . .

Did you know that we produce all these fabulous kits and maintain a collection of over five thousand different seed beads with a staff of four people? That's right, FOUR. This small but dedicated and skilled group of serious bead lovers will bend over backwards to see that all your beading needs are met. That's what we do, and we do it conscientiously, even if you are the ultimate crank.

If you make the conscious choice, contrary to our customer service recommendations, to send us an email regarding customer service, this is what will happen:

One of our four human beings will respond to your electronic message as soon as possible. If you send an email at 3AM on Sunday, you will not hear from us until Tuesday at the earliest. At 3AM we are likely to be sleeping, enjoying our mates, soothing fussy little ones, or dreaming of beads. There are no more serious beaders on the face of Earth than we, and even we know that beads and beading patterns are NEVER an emergency.

We are happy to answer brief technique questions by email or over the phone at 860-649-2323, prompt 1, but before you call or write, please take a moment to visit our free tutorials, where you will probably find an IMMEDIATE answer to your technique question in a brief video or free PDF. Please understand that we cannot teach you how to do tubular bead crochet over the phone or through email.

Please also remember that among other things you are responsible for, you are responsible for your own email settings. Your self-controlled SPAM filter may bounce our reply email back to us or relegate it to a junk folder (which you never bother to check), and we will then have to call or write to you, if we can determine your phone number or mailing address, using time in which we'd prefer be designing.

So if you still want to send us an email, and you're prepared to be civil to our staff, responsible for your own email settings, and decently patient, use this address: beadseast@gmail.com
