Before coming to Beads East, please be sure we are open or that you have an appointment. Our hours are admittedly crazy, but we're not your ordinary bead store (after all, you're not an ordinary customer!). Here is our "normal" schedule:
Open to the public:
Thursday 10AM to 8PM, Friday 10AM to 6PM, and Saturday 10AM to 5PM.
By appointment only on Tuesday and Wednesday, closed Sunday and Monday
Please check our events schedule for holiday and special event closures. We are a family-owned and operated business and do on occasion close for family-related events such as weddings, reunions, births (yay!) and, heaven forbid, funerals.

From Hartford (traveling east on 84) take exit 63. Go straight at the end of the exit onto Oakland St. Go one mile to the second traffic light; look to the left. We're in the large brick mill building, on the main floor. Use the second driveway just before the railroad tracks into the upper lot. If you cross the tracks, you've gone too far.
From Massachusetts (traveling west on 84) take exit 63. At the end of the exit, turn right, go back over the highway to the second light at Oakland St. If you pass Big Y market, you've gone too far. Turn right onto Oakland. Go one mile to the second traffic light; look to the left. We're in the large brick mill building, on the main floor. Use the second driveway into the upper lot. If you cross the tracks, you've gone too far.
