Customer service within the United States

Please call us at our offices and store at 860-649-2323 during our regular hours (above, right) for any customer service request. You may also fax your request to us at 860-647-1841.

Please note that as of September 1, 2008, we will no longer accept customer service requests by email from United States customers. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have made this decision with regret because of the increasing unreliability of email when stringent SPAM filters are in place in commercial email servers. There have been dozens of frustrating situations in which we've replied immediately to emailed queries, only to have our replies bounced back to us because the customer has decided to limit incoming email. In a few extreme cases, our employees have been treated poorly by customers who mistakenly believe they've been ignored, only to find our replies in their junk folders upon further investigation. We are eager to avoid these unpleasant misunderstandings. We will respond to your phoned-in request immediately.

We will reply to your email as soon as we receive it. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please repeat your request, or check your junk email folder to be sure that our reply is not there.

Return Policy

All returns for US customers must be preauthorized by calling 860-649-2323. International returns must be preauthorized by email to service@beadseast.com.

Please have your order number ready when you call, or include it in your email. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or refunded through PayPal after the item has arrived back at our store.

Unopened items may be returned within thirty days except as follows:
Books and printed patterns may not be returned
DVDs may be returned only if defective.
Kits with DVDs may be returned only if the DVD is defective.
