CLINIC/CLASS POLICY
- BASIC TECHNIQUE CLINICS are FREE and do not require preregistration. Management reserves the right to limit seat time for individual learners during free clinics to accommodate as many beaders as possible.
- SPECIFIC DESIGN OR PATTERN CLINICS are FREE but require PREREGISTRATION on a first-come first-served basis. Participants in Bead & Button/Beadwork Clinics (regular or special issues such as The Beader’s Handbook) must own or purchase a copy (due to copyright requirements) and bring that copy to the clinic. Participants in Bead & Button/Beadwork Online Clinics must download and print the free pattern online and bring that copy to the clinic. Participants in Designer Series Clinics must purchase the kit.
- MATERIALS FOR ALL CLINICS ARE EXTRA (usually less than $8) and must be purchased at the store before the class, as instruction will begin promptly. Participants may NOT bring their own beads to class; selling the beads helps us defray the significant cost of providing free instruction.
- CLASSES require PAID PREREGISTRATION. If you are unable to attend a class for which you are registered, please call us immediately. If you cancel more than one week in advance of the class, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel within a week of the class date, we will attempt once to place you in the next available slot for that class, on a priority basis.
